R. F. Wilkins Consultants is contracted with the Port of Authority of New York and New Jersey to work at John F. Kennedy International Airport’s Terminal 8 Concessions. From January 2023 to January 2025, RFW Consultants will partner with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield to provide a comprehensive suite of compliance management and engagement services across JFK Terminal 8. As part of the Design Build Team, RFW will be responsible for ensuring MWBE, ACDBE, Local and SDVOB participation goals are met across buildout of concessions at JFK. The aim of both RFW and URW is to meet diverse goals across the concessions program at JFK Airport. This program will be inclusive of compliance, engagement, and sourcing efforts. ACDBE’s will be sourced and connected to tap into existing bids, opportunities etc., local workforce will be connected to the program, government partners will be engaged, all compliance and data collection will be managed, and workforce compliance and engagement will be implemented.
